mmmm not great

I'm not a spring chicken any more and have some fine lines and hooding around my eyes. Eyeshadow doesn't stay put the way it used to, so I went on a mission to find a primer. Sadly, this one isn't for me. It literally made no difference to creasing etc. I'd go so far as to say my eyeshadow stayed on less well than it does over a simple concealer.

PERFECT PRIMER

This primer was recommended by my local SpaceNK. A bit pricey but should last as only a dot needed. I was very pleased with the consistency and results. It is gentle and soft leaving you with a great seamless base for your eyes. Perfect coverage with or without make up. Great find.

Probably my favourite eye primer as a 40-something

I think I'm going to stick with this eye primer. After trying a few brands, this is the one for me. As a mid-40-something, this really suits me. It's creamy and dries promptly without crumbling or creasing. I wear dark and bold eye makeup and need a strong primer. This maintains my eye makeup on my crinkly lids very well. Thank you, Hourglass! And that it's vegan is fantastic.
