  • What It Does

    Shades can be used alone or layered to create a multidimensional look.

  • How To Use It

    - Whether you're going for an effortless daytime look or a bold nighttime look, these quads can be customized for any mood. For an all-matte look, use the Minimalist palette. For a bold, metallic look or to layer on extra shimmer, use the Expressionist palette. To curate your own look, mix and match the Realist, Futurist, Modernist and Idealist palettes.
    - To amplify metallic shades, use a wet brush to intensify the color payoff.
    - Pair with the No. 3 All Over Shadow Brush for all-over placement, the No. 9 Domed Shadow Brush for definition, the No. 12 Beveled Shadow Brush for shading, the No. 6 Tapered Blender Brush for blending in contours and creases and the No. 11 Smudge Brush or Nº 13 Precision Smudge Brush for diffusing into lash line. All brushes sold separately.
    - Complete every look with Voyeur Eyeliner or 1.55mm Eyeliner and Unlocked Instant Extensions Mascara or Caution Extreme Mascara. All sold separately.

Excellent eye shadow in wearable colours

Lovely quads. I bought toe and both are lovely. Very wearable shades for every day which I love but it does mean you probably don’t need it as have the shades already! Don’t stop that from being a reason not to buy if you wear shadow as they’re lovely. Blendable and long lasting (but I always use primer) feels like a quality product.

Perfect everyday palette, though a bit pricey.

The texture is buttery smooth and blends effortlessly. Colors look sophisticated and not chalky at all. Highly pigmented but still easy to control — perfect for a polished, soft glam. I really like the color story—wearable but still special. The formula is buttery smooth and works well even without primer. It’s definitely more of a soft glam finish than bold, dramatic pigment.

Love it!

This is such a handy palette to have. It’s small and compact but it has all the necessary colours to do an easy day or night look. It’s small enough to fit in a bag easily but big enough that I will probably own it for far too long but will definitely will be value for money which is great.

Hourlgass Modernist

I love the colours in this palette and the staying power of the shadows. I have green eyes and blonde hair and these colours are super flattering and give a very natural look. I have not given 5 stars as I feel the case feels a little cheap for the price. Others at a similar price range feel more luxurious.

A bit disappointed

The packaging looks lovely but feels really cheap and tinny. The eye shadows are a nice shade but are really quite powdery and are not buttery. Very disappointed for the price point. - Very overpriced and won’t be purchasing again. Tom Ford quad eyeshadows are a lot better for a similar price.

Stunning

I think I’m one of Hourglass number one fans! I absolutely love everything they produce and bring out. From powders and palette’s to brushes. The eyeshadow is as beautiful as I expected. Absolutely decent pigment and stays on my eyelids all day. Beauty shimmers without being too glittery. It didn’t disappoint
