Disappointed

I was very excited to purchase this item. Unfortunately, when I actually received it, not so much. The photograph & description was misleading/lacking. The photo leads one to think that the item is finished on both sides like a puffed heart. Upon receipt I quickly learned that it is a slice of a heart(paper-thin) and flat on the back. The description nor the photograph full demonstrated this.
