Defined one by one, lashes are visibly curled, lengthened and infinitely extended for a waterproof makeup result.
How To Use It
Apply Phenomen'eyes Waterproof to the upper lashes, placing the brush horizontally, in the same manner as classic mascara, to separate, coat and curl each individual lash, one by one. Apply a second coat holding the brush vertically to reach all lashes at their roots and add intensity to the eyes. Finish by applying mascara to lower lashes for greater precision.
