    • Apply gentle pressure with fingertips on meridian points on the forehead, eyebrow arch, cheeks, chin & chest.
    • Apply the mask with the brush over the entire face in upward smoothing movements.
    • Leave the mask on for 10 minutes. Remove the excess with a cotton pad moistened with warm water.
