not warm enough for a winter coat....

I waited for a sale on this coat.....starting at over $700. When it went down to $400 plus, I put in my order. This "coat" has lovely fabric...but that's all. It is really like a lined coatshirt. No interlining and lacking special details that come with quality. Am still deciding if I even want to keep it at the sale price. I shouldn't.
