Received worn shoes

Shoes came horribly packaged and clearly worn already..creases in the shoes..Third time this happened with Bloomingdale’s..Burberry sneakers at Xmas were the same..terrible quality control and high end items shipped in used dented boxes..no dust covers and obviously worn and returned..no one is looking at these items before shipping,,RETURNING and reordered from Neiman..very disappointed..AGAIN

Regar width is actually an E, not a D

I wear Ferragamo regular width, which is a D. But on tbis show, regular width is an E, which is too wide for normal width feet. Be warned. I had to return this and they don’t come in a D width.
