Disappointed Bloomingdales

I order these linen pants in cocoa in L and another pair. They sent me an email and said they were out of stock. I called them and asked to have the size down sent instead. They did but charged me shipping! Really not my fault they were out of stock!

Great lightweight straight, but not tight, linen pants. Love the color and the fit though I might have sized down one size had it been in stock
