I take it EVERY MORNING

I take this every morning when I awake. I have noticed a dramatic difference in my complexion as well as full body hydration and softness. I used to lather in lotion, now a thin layer does the trick because I am healing my body from within, it shows!

I have been taking these

I have been taking these vitamins for over a year now. I am not the kind of person that takes supplements (Dr Sturm's are the only ones I take), but these are just amazing and I can clearly see the results. So do my friends, I constantly get asked what I use for my complexion
