Gorgeous comfortable shoe... but going back
I literally was so excited to get these shoes in the mail. I have been wanting nice DV booties as the ones I had 3 years ago were one of my favorites. The shoe is really nice, the suede matierial soft like butter and when I tried them on they are so soft as they hug the ankle. The reason why I rated one star is because I did not receive brand new shoes as expected from Bloomingdale's online store! Whoever packaged the items should check for quality control before sending items to customers. The right shoe had stains on it & I have bought plenty of DV shoes and never had I seen those types of stains. All shoes come packaged with paper stuffing as brand new and these did not have it at all. It could of been a returned item or a floor sample. For the price I paid, I expect new unused shoes.

I love the boot but the zipper does not measure up!! Unfortunately I am returning them.

Tight ankle
Cute boot but the ankles are weird and tight. Had to un zip them a tad to be comfortable.
Zipper is hard to handle
Boots look good. They’re not all Leather. However, my main issue is the zipper in the back. Very hard to open and close.
Horrible quality
Have only warn 2-3 times and they have already begun falling apart.

Very cool, sleek and stylish, love how they're fitted around the ankle. Also super comfy and a great price! Might get the snakeskin ones as well...
