Luxe way of keeping the bugs at bay!

The Diptyque Citronelle candle is such a summer vibe – fresh, zesty, and not overpowering. Fills the room with a clean lemony scent and actually helps keep the mozzies away. Burns evenly and looks gorgeous too. Pricey, but totally worth the treat! I keep mine on the kitchen window when it's open, or out on the patio table.

Lovely candle

I love this candle from Diptyque. This one’s perfect for summer evenings. The citronella keeps bugs away without smelling harsh, and it still feels luxe. Burns evenly and fills the room with a clean, slightly zesty scent. It’s functional but also chic enough to leave out on display.

very summer

i really like the smell, it is very summer, and i can smell the lemon scent comes out first when lighting it. and the smell of fresh grass comes out the next. and after cooking, it can eliminates the smell of food well, so i would say it is nice for summer.

Diptyque Citronnelle Scented Candle

I find this Diptyque Citronelle scented candle addictive and I like how the scent burns and it lingers with summer notes. As a mosquito repellent, it's not bad and keeps them away for a few hours but there are other much cheaper candles on the market and would prefer something that is more clean to burn e.g. natural wax.

Lemony and Strong

If you want the zesty fresh scent, it doesn't get better than this. Expertly blended and different from just plain old Citronella. I love to keep my windows open which does mean a lot of bugs at certain times of the year so having a candle that repels them is a must for me, this of course is an expensive way to keep bugs away but I am glad it worked whilst releasing such a nice scent.

Beautiful

This is a beautiful candle. All Diptyque products smell amazing so it came to no suprise. This is a great scent for the kitchen to diffuse the smell of cooking as it’s quite strong and fresh. Would make a beautiful gift for homeowners as it’s more of a kitchen scent. Would be nice if they did matching hand soap

For the lemon lovers

I love verveine and this is complimentary to it. Verveine smells crisp, fresh and clean where’s as citronelle is warm, soft and relaxed. This is perfect for the summer where you don’t want to light anything too heavy or floral. Amazing throw as expected from Diptyque. I also like to leave it in the heat or hot room and you can still smell it in the room without lighting!

Perfect for summer time

I enjoy lightening Diptyque candles at home but often struggle to find the suitable scents for summer time until I discovered this one. Citronnelle is rather light, but so refreshing and creates the perfect relaxing atmosphere. The package is beautiful as always. Great candle.
