Quality is meh - Broken clasp TWICE?!
Loved the bracelet. First time clasp broke from impact of a ball, Bloomingdale’s was kind enough to replace. But then the clasp broke again, not even 2 years later. Just from use… I went to DY first. They wanna charge me $100 when I paid $250 for it… I won’t be spending my money on DY anymore. Instead I’ll do John Hardy or Lagos.

⭐ 1 Star Review I can’t rate what I didn’t receive. I ordered a 4.0mm bracelet but received a 3.5mm instead. The 3.5mm is nice, but it was meant to be a gift—I paid for the 4.0mm. On top of that, I paid extra for same-day shipping. When I asked for help, I was told to return it myself, even though the mistake was on their end. That’s not acceptable. Customers shouldn’t have to go out of their way or pay more to fix internal errors. In the end, I paid extra for the wrong size, extra for shipping, and extra in frustration. The product itself is fine, but the customer service completely crushed my expectations.

I ordered a medium for my very medium sized husband. It fits perfect and he loves it and wears it all the time. He was also happy I didn’t spend an insane amount on it. Gorgeous quality for a great price

VERY Disappointed
I purchased two exact same David Yurman bracelets this week. one a M and one a L. I received both, which are going to my son and my husband and both are packaged completely different. One came in a beautiful Bloomingdale’s box, wrapped in Bloomingdale’s tissue paper. it came on a cushion inside the box, with a certificate of authenticity, and a separately wrapped cleaning cloth and David Yurman pouch. The other one for my son came thrown in an envelope, in an unwrapped pouch, inside a Bloomingdale’s gift card box. No certificate, no pillow cushion, no cleaning cloth. Almost like I bought it used. I wish I could post photos because it’s laughable. How do you pay the exact same price for two of the same thing and one comes beautiful and the other like I found it in the clearance bin? Shame on both Bloomingdale’s and David Yurman.

Comfortable everyay bracelet
Although this is a bit wider than the 2.7 necklace, this bracelet matches the necklace and stands out as part of my David Yurman stack. I haven't taken it off since I bought it.
