Easy to use

This is great option for anyone who wants fresh homemade bread without the effort of kneading and baking by hand, and saving plenty of time. Its convection fan circulates hot air around the loaf, helping produce a nicely even browned and crisp crust. It offers 16 automatic programmes, including white, whole wheat, French/Italian, gluten free, low carb, sweet breads, cakes, jam and dough settings. You can also choose between three loaf sizes too. You can even set the 12 hour delay timer, so you can add the ingredients before bed and wake up to freshly baked bread.

The appliance I didn’t know I needed!

My husband gifted me with the bread machine for Christmas. I was skeptical at first but after using it almost every other day since I got it, I’m impressed! I’ve made sourdough loafs, sweet loafs, doughs, among other items. My family is addicted to homemade breads now and I don’t think I’ll ever be able to buy store bought again! The machine makes it so simple- just dump the ingredients in and forget about it. Sourdough stretch and folds? No more. The machine does it for you! I hope this machine lasts me for years to come.

Paddle Failure

I loved it until the pan failed. Now I can’t beg, borrow or steal a pan. So what, now I throw the whole away? There have been complaints about the paddle system not holding up. I guess that is accurate. I am pretty upset that this is going to the landfill.

Bread Winner

The Cuisinart Convection bread maker is the best I’ve owned over the last 30 years. It is easy to use and I make a variety of breads and doughs with it. Very versatile. Love it!
