Smells great but short longevity

I bought this a week ago and I have to spray it a 5-6 times (base of throat, wrists, behind knees) to get it to last for a couple of hours in the morning. The scent is completely gone by lunch and I have to reapply a spritz. I really enjoy the scent, but for the steep price, I expected more longevity.
