THE BEST MASCARA-CLINIQUE

This is THE BEST mascara. It does not smudge and leave black circles under your eyes like many other mascaras and it can easily be removed with water. It is not hard on your lashes or eyes either. Have been wearing it for years and hope it never goes away!
