Disappointed

Sunglasses are beautiful. The service provider is horrible. Tried them on at the store but didn't purchase at the time. Ordered on line few days later. Received a used pair (off display) Came to Bloomingdale's for an exchange/return the next day and the display pair of glasses wasn't there so I thought they sent it because it was the only one left, but I was wrong. They had more in stock so I asked to exchange. The person helping me stated that it was an even exchange and the gift card and points will not be lost. When I checked my balance everything was gone. Bloomingdale's is not what it used to be. First they sent me a used pair, then they scammed me out of the gift card that came with the purchase and the base points.
