Poorly packaged

I ordered that bag online, it’s $3200 cost , but it arrived packaged like $20 ,it’s supposed to be in a fabric brown Bottega Veneta dust bag , not in a sintético cheap bag , when you pay that much, you expect better service and experience , so sad !!!
