Great secret ingredient for any meal!!

The flavor makes this olive oil one best that I have tasted. It’s fresh and not overpowering yet adds that touch. With salads it’s the perfect balance with a touch of salt and lemon juice for a fresh bright taste. I used it to season a full snapper and grill it and made the fish taste amazing with the char.
