Elevator door does not close properly
I bought this on my daughter's birthday and was completely dissappointed with my shopping.

MISSING PIECE
Bought this on July 19th, 2024 for my daughter’s 6th birthday. She loved it we put it together together, everything was fine until we noticed there was no platform for the wheelchair elevator, so the elevator couldn’t be assembled or put on the side of the house. It wasn’t complete and my daughter was really looking forward to enjoying her BDH. Reached out to customer service still haven’t received a reply. For a 200 dollar product there should be NO missing pierces let alone NO reply from a reputable and known company such as Mattel. I am disappointed.

broken parts in the box
got one for my niece in September for Christmas on sale...when she opened it up for Christmas one of the pink bases was broken and the base to the 3rd floor was also broken...we were so heart broken...tried contacting the company and no answer, guess it because of the holidays.

Easiest Assembly
Shout out to Mattel for easy assembly!! I was able to put this bad boy together in an hour WITH the Flu on Christmas Eve. Much appreciated!!!

Would be perfect if elevator door closed correctly
Loved it except our elevator door does not shut as it should. Would be 5 stars and I can’t seem to get a hold of anyone.

Amazing Barbie Dreamhouse
Both of my daughters absolutely love this toy! This Barbie Dreamhouse is gigantic and provides hours of fun! It also provides more room for my daughters to share the dollhouse and play together. My kids reallly enjoy the sounds that some features make. This dreamhouse is amazing!
