Stitched seams are filled with a liquid sealant to inhibit water penetration, a complex process which allows the materials to resist moisture while maintaining breathability.
The sealant penetrates deep into the leather and suede, resulting in soft and natural-looking materials that repel water, prevent absorption of moisture and resist salt and stains.
