Pretty Print!

This is a gorgeous dress with a very pretty print. The only issue is that I wish it has adjustable straps. I want to pull the neckline up just a smidge. The description states it has adjustable straps but it doesn't. I got size small and it fits well. My measurements are 32B-28-38. I'm 5'7" and it hits right at my calf (similar to the model).
