No reed sticks included!!

Was so looking forward to receiving this but no reeds included. Had to return. Bummed:((. Need to purchase where you know they will be included as I just saw same happened to someone else.

No reed sticks, no use

The 3 star review is not about the quality of products. I love Antica Farmacista's diffusers and always keep a couple handy. Bloomingdale online order never includes reed sticks that are supposed to come with the diffusers. I called customer service after I placed an order to specifically ask her to put a note to include the sticks but in vain.

Best diffuser ever - lasts forever and gives the right sustained scent to my rooms. I buy the large ones because they are more economical and love the Prosecco although recently purchased another “flavor” from AA which lingered longer. Fabulous present …
