Too stiff...

The back looks lovely when just laid flat, smooth leather. However, very unsatisfatory wrt function. The leather is too stiff for a backpack and pulling the straps together toclose the top makes it bulky and jut out in a lopsided manner. On the other hand, when used a tote bag with the the top handles, the expanded base (which is meant to work when the bag is used as a backpack) gives it an awkward look. Will be returning this. Quite different to other Allsaints bags that I have loved and purchased previously
