LOve LOVE these!

EXCELLENT purchase. Since buying these ( I got both sizes), I rarely use other cookware (Le Creuset non-stick set -- which, disappointingly, did not hold up well). On the other hand, I can see these having longevity. Learning to cook with good stainless steel cookware has been a game-changer. Easy to clean (boil water) and keep beautiful. REALLY happy with this purchase and would highly recommend (but do advise you to watch a YouTube video to learn how to cook on these -- they must be heated/hot before cooking on the surface).

Poorly Clad Cookware

Why do I suddenly have to finish the lip of Allclad pots and pans myself? Since you put the flare lip on your cookware, the edges have been hit or miss. A 2 quart pot and the 10 inch covered pan both required a finishing touch with my Dremel. The flare does not have the same brushed finish to match the inside of the cookware. Instead, they look like a 12 year old idiot hit it haphazardly with 220 grit sandpaper at various angles. I finish it off with a 600 grit wheel and then rubbing compound. I’m watching for some improvement before I change my taste after 40 years.

Cooking for the rest of my life

I finally and reluctantly had to retire my 40 year old Calphalon skillet which served me well throughout its lifetime. While visiting my daughter I cooked with her All Clad skillet and found it to be very user friendly. She highly recommended the skillet and I am very happy with the cooking experience and the ease of clean up. I’m sure this skillet will get me through the rest of my life!

Unimpressed

I am unimpressed, unfortunately. These are expensive pans and they are not truly non-stick. I had to purchase the special cleaning solution to attempt to clean it, and it still has burnt marks on it after using it one time. I followed the directions and have not used more than medium heat. I will not be purchasing this brand again.

Hi! Our cookware is stainless steel. To prevent food from sticking preheat the pan in a low-medium heat for a couple of minutes. You can test your pan to see if it's ready by dropping a few drops of water on the pan and seeing if the water "dances" around. After properly preheated add a little bit of oil. When adding the food, make sure there is an even sizzling sound when it touches the pan. Allow the food to cook without disturbing it until the preferred doneness it achieved.
