The Most Perfect Dress

This dress is absolute perfection. I initially tried it on in black - it was nice but not great. I then found it in red and fell in love. It’s tighter at the bust and rib cage but it is so flattering. the drop waist and flare made it even more unique. I wore it to a wedding and was told by multiple people that it was the best dress they’ve seen. I felt like a million bucks and can’t wait to wear it again!

Poor quality

Poor quality, for 500 dollars the lining shouldn’t be white and the fit is terrible

Pretty dress, but a big design flaw

Pretty dress, I bought it in red, which is a bit more of an orange-red, or Ferrari red - very nice. The top had a nice snug fit - I thought I wouldn't like the corset/bustier style top, but it was quite flattering on. Very fitted on top and flares out nicely. I took my typical size and I loved the tiered - high/low hem. The problem is with the hem - you can see the white lining from the front, it's not even subtle and it really cheapens the dress. It would take a substantial amount of tailoring to fix this and even the Bloomingdale's tailor came up and said she couldn't fix it as you would need extra dress fabric to cover it. Such a bummer...can't believe this dress made it on the floor. You can see what I'm talking about from the photos on the red version...I'm not sure if it would be an issue with the black one. Returned!

Not for me

This was way too long on me and a bit too bulky. I’m 5’2” and I’m used to needing minor alterations, but the alterations needed to make this dress fit me right would have been too dramatic and changed the dress too much. I’m disappointed as the fabric did feel high quality and I like the design, it just doesn’t seem to work for a petite person!
