beautiful well made boot with a narrow tall shaft

Love love love these boots -- style, quality and comfort outstanding -- but the boot shaft is too tall and too narrow for my calf. I do not have particularly large calves but they are muscular so these are just a bit too tight and unlikely to stretch. So disappointed as I had to return. Otherwise these are great boots for any outfit. Fit on my foot was perfect and boots were very comfortable aside from shaft being too narrow at top
