Perfect product to use when wanting eyeliner from powdered eyeshadow. Use it with your eyeliner brush to dampen any eyeshadow into eyeliner consistency. Eyeshadow creates a softer line and better longevity than traditional eyeliner pencil. Highly recommend!

Oh the possibilities!
Eyeliner has always been a must for me as my lashes have always been light blond. Finish Line lets me use any color eye shadow as a liner. It is easy to use and goes on easier than must liquid liners. It also has more staying power than pencil liners, which don't let me get close enough to the base of my lashes.
