Great casual summer dress

Bought this dress on sale and so happy I did! It is very comfortable and very cute with white tennis shoes or a little flat sandal. I would say it is pretty true to size, if a bit on the small size. I buy sz 2 and 4 in certain brands and this sz 4 fits me perfectly.
