Eye lifting effect?

I’ve really enjoyed this product. The applicator gives a really nice cooling effect and makes the product easy to distribute and apply. It’s more like a gel texture, than cream and it sets in place like a thin film under the eye. Whether I noticed a “lifting” effect, I’m not sure, but the skin definitely felt tighter under my eyes.
