Place an order for these sunglasses off Bloomingdale’s app. 2 days later I get a email notification that the order has been cancelled due to item availability….all the meanwhile the item shows available. Place another order and they ship. 1st email to support they apologized blah blah item not avail, but wait, yes it is. I just ordered again and they’re being prepared for shipping…inventory system for such a large company should be better. So sunglass finally ship, just open box…Absolutely not the sunglasses shown here. Big, blue tint sunglasses, smudged like they’ve been worn. Sides look beat up. Will absolutely be returning tomorrow. I think Bloomingdale’s is trying to play a joke on me at this point. I contacted support, to asked to be contacted
