not finished up to par for Bloomingdales

I love this dress but it arrived missing a few sequins here and there, and the upper rim of the breast was crooked. I had no time to return and I am trusting a seamstress to fix the breast part. This is not up to par for Bloomingdales standards that I am used to. It was disappointing because I expected a perfect dress not an "outlet like" one, regardless of purchase price.
