Great for fine, fragile hair

38F, white, fine wavy hair that used to be incredibly dense but had thinned and become brittle and very fragile in the past couple years. I’ve been using the shampoo & conditioner for a little more than 6 months now, 3-4 times a week, and I can honestly say it’s made a noticeable improvement in my hair’s density and strength. My hair feels beautiful now! Very smooth and noticeably stronger. It’s been easier for me to grow length without constantly breaking. The conditioner is meant to be applied from the roots downward, it’s incredibly light, like a serum. It does a great job moisturizing my fine hair, which tends to get greasy by the afternoon if I use “regular” conditioner. Occasionally I’ll put a little Hair Alchemy conditioner on my ends if they’re feeling dry. I do feel like this set may be less suitable for someone with thicker hair strands, as the conditioner might be too light? Or you might have to use too much of it for the bottle to be cost-effective. (But ymmv) For me, I try to use it sparingly, and I can get maybe 3 months out of the set! A little goes a really long way. I’d recommend this set for anyone with fine, fragile hair! Especially if your hair gets greasy easily
