Not rating the product, simply rating Bloomingdales as I didn’t even receive the product. App and email says delivered a week ago and still no product.

VERY hydrating

I have been looking for a great cleanser that keeps my skin hydrated after cleansing and this is it! I can feel it restoring my skin and I sometimes leave on for a few minutes pre wash as an express mask. Highly recommend! Love everything from RATIONALE.
