Dissapointed.

I didnt even get to test these samples. I even paid extra for next day shipping. The order was not delivered and I reached out for help, only to be denied and directed to basically start a new claim again. Those who deal with customer service issues and are asked a ton of questions and information would understand. Terrible assistance and my issue has not been resolved. I dont feel like spending another 30-45 minutes going back and forth. Truly a disappointment.
