Tea Time Elegance

Tea Time Elegance! Not only is she beautiful , but is generously sized for a small gathering! It is indeed a statement piece, and it is sturdy and well made. The price is high, but it is high quality and makes me smile.

Poor packaging

Very surprised at the packaging of such a delicate piece. It was moving around in the box. Very little wrapping.

DoorDash Delivery Never Came

I never received this teapot despite the order being marked as delivered. I contacted Bloomingdale’s customer service weeks ago to explain that the delivery never arrived, but no resolution was offered and no follow-up was provided. I was essentially told there was nothing that could be done.

Prettiest teapot ever!

I originally bought the 2 quart teapot in Mocha check but returned it for the 3 quart and I'm so glad I did. Besides the fact that it looks beautiful on my stove, it works perfectly for heating up water for my morning tea! Please keep making things in mocha check!!
