Wrong item delivered

I placed an order for a pair of glasses costing approximately $760, and unfortunately, I received a completely different pair than the one I originally purchased. The glasses I received do not match the model, specifications, or value of what I paid for. In fact, the item sent to me is worth nearly $200 less than the amount I was charged. This experience has been extremely disappointing and unacceptable, especially for an order of this value. I expected much better quality control and customer service. At this point, I no longer wish to keep the glasses that were sent to me. I kindly request a full refund as soon as possible. Please also provide instructions on how to return the incorrect item I received. I expect a prompt and professional resolution to this matter.
