So cute but Painful

Love the look of the sandals but the first couple times wearing beware, very painful around the strap. Hoping my feet get used to them

Super cute

super cute and comfortable and easy to wear casually or with a more dressed up outfit. as with other birks, takes some time to break in the strap and doesn't secure your foot as well as a double strap shoe. but perfect shoe for a versatile summer shoe!!

Great sandal

The Birkenstock Madrid sandal has been a staple of mine for years. Now I have it with the big buckle. Size 40 always fits me perfectly. It gives me good support while looking great.

A Beautiful Compromise between comfort and style

These are not the most comfortable Birkenstocks I own, but they are way more comfortable than any of my other sandals and much cuter. I have very problematic feet, have had many surgeries and wear orthotics in my regular shoes. The footbed in these keep my feet in alignment but the more narrow strap doesn't make them as secure on my foot- though it is a lot more elegant looking than my 2 strap Birkenstocks.
