The pencil doesn't work; you have to press very hard for a mark to show up. the tip breaks easily, even when it's short.

Design flaw

Tip is way too fragile and breaks off easily and repeatedly during use. Concept is great but pencil portion needs improvement.

Underrated/not used Properly

I have used this brow pencil since it came out! it is the best eyebrow pencil ever! Not sure why everyone is breaking them, drying them out etc! I do know that if used properly, lightly, with feather like strokes, it goes on beautifully! When they were discontinued, I bought one in every color (I am a makeup artist) So sad to see it replaced with the piece of crayon they call a eyebrow pencil. Perhaps a training was necessary for the counter managers in using this pencil.

Pencil part stinks. Rest is good

The pencil part is super thin and breaks off easily, or it manages to twist back in while I'm using it. The other pencil is so much better. A shame because I do like the powder and the "goo" in the wand to keep brows in place.

Brow Perfect 3D Pencil

I have used the product once before, and I love it. The only bad part only last three months the most using it once a day to contour my eyebrows.

Bad eye brow pencil

This is not a good product. Does not live up to the high quality of other Estée Lauder products. It is very dry with very little color to apply to my brows. I’m very disappointed
