Received wrong item, tried right one in store

I received my order, but unfortunately, it was the wrong product. When I visited my local Bloomingdale’s store to address this issue, a sales representative helped me try on the correct item. However, it was not the right size for me. Despite this, I still love the item, but it’s inconvenient to re-purchase online if I’m not certain I’ll get the right product.
