I have had the unit for less than a year and have problems already had to disassemble the auger and now I cannot even get parts for auger I need the seal kit and cannot find it I need the seal kit and cannot find it anywhere

Do NOT buy this!!!!
DO NOT BUY this very expensive machine -- unless you want a part time job of cleaning and maintaining it. What a frustrating machine! Although, when it chooses to work, it is nice to have ice.... the constant care required cleaning/sanitizing/servicing it is just NOT WORTH IT!!!! Such a high price too. Do NOT

Hard to keep clean and faulty parts
You have to clean it more often then i thought you would. The water filter does not last long and it starts making a loud noise. The led light has quit working after 3 months. the waterline from the side tank is turning green and hard to keep clean. The ice bin got water in it and cant get it out. When the unit makes ice it is good ice but way more time consuming to keep clean then we were led to believe

Waste of money
We bought ours in April of this year and it no longer works. I have cleaned it and everything the way they show to do it. Last night it kept going into a defrost mode. So I followed the steps to fix that issue. Then left it over night to make ice. It didn’t even make 1 cup all night. We even bought the extra warrant on this and can’t seem to get ahold of them either to get it fixed or replaced. This is a lot of money to just throw in the trash.

Unfortunately didn’t last long.
Keeps saying to add water when there’s water and not making ice. Had it less than a year.

Great ice, but broke after 2 years
This product makes great ice! However, I started having issues with it at the 1 year mark, and had to replace all the hoses even though I regularly descaled the machine. At the 2 year mark, the whole machine stopped making ice. It would constantly go to “defrosting” mode for hours every time I turn it on. The machine is still broken at this time.

Great Ice
The ice machine exceeded expectations. Lot of ice out of a tank, melting in bin addressed well.
