Sticker damaged the item

Super cute but packaging ruined the entire presentation - they placed the ugly sales sticker on top of the box and the box is part of the actual item!

Poor customer service

The mouse it’s self was fabulous however, the box was ruined with a sticker placed on it by Bloomingdales. I contacted customer service about this issue, and received no response. Sadly the box is apart of the toy, so the toy was very clearly damaged.
