Gucci's three new lipstick collections are diverse formulations: Rouge à Lèvres Satin with a satin finish, Rouge à Lèvres Voile with a sheer finish and Baume à Lèvres, a lip balm with a translucent finish.

    Imparting a color on the lips like a memory, the Rouge à Lèvres Voile sheer formula gives a luminous finish in a pop color palette of 18 shades that deliver a feeling of moisture and comfort in a lightweight texture. Inspired by vintage makeup, the packaging interweaves House motifs with contemporary codes. Rouge à Lèvres Voile makes a feminine statement in a pink rosebud print on ivory with a gold-tone base as if they came from a 1940s dressing table. The roses are reminiscent of the wallpaper of an old motel, of a beauty parlor in Los Angeles in the 1950s or the lipstick you would find in a vintage market.

Sheer lipstick

I love this share lipstick. I wear every day to work and I never have a sticky feeling of my lips. It has a nice shine finish and no bleeding to the corners of my mouth or lip lines. It does not crease and there’s so many colors to choose from.

Perfect red

I am fair skinned with reddish brown hair and brown eyes. I chose the painted veil and I love the color and the way it feels. My lips are also not very pigmented at all, and this makes me look like I have natural pigment. I wish I there was a way for companies to have people write reviews that are actually helpful. Comments like it's beautiful or the prettiest color I've ever seen are not helpful.
