Beautiful bracelet but FALLS OFF

The bracelet is a beautiful piece but it seems that the clasp is wonky. I bought the bracelet for myself and my mom liked it so much she bought one too. My bracelet has fallen off my wrist multiple times, luckily I found it each time but my mom did not have such luck. Only after having the bracelet for 3 weeks, it got lost and couldn't be found (and unfortunately bloomingdales will not replace it).

Dainty, beautiful but disappointed with quality

I received my bracelet and was delighted with how delicate, dainty, and cute it was. This bracelet goes well with another dainty bracelet I bought from Bloomingdales (made in Italy flower bracelet). But 2 weeks in, and out of all the pearls that were steady around the gold chain, 1 pearl is now loose and sliding from side to side. I am afraid that this will happen to the other pearls and all pearls will eventually end up sliding around the chain. I am not sure who to speak to about this issue but I am not happy with the pearl sliding around the chain. If it wasn't for that issue, I would rate 5/5.

Decent bracelet, disappointing presentation

Bracelets are pretty….I paid for wrapping and the boxes are NOT wrapped. They had a small piece of tissue and a cheap sticker..absolutely ridiculous wrapping for a $500 bracelet? It looked worse than most free product wrapping, I also asked for Gift receipts and didn’t get that either….
