Back ordered with no time estimate

I ordered this on December 14. I was notified that it was backordered too late to order anything different for my mom for Christmas. It said at the time that it was arriving in early January. So I printed a photo of the Nambe chips and dip set and had her open it, and she was so excited. January came and went and now it is still backordered. So now two months later, it hasn’t arrived and it just says “date unavailable.” And now the discount I used is no longer available on other products, and she is expecting this set, so I don’t want to cancel my order. But I wouldn’t have ordered this in the first place when the big sale was going on.

Quality not what it once was

Ordered because I wanted a new chip and dip bowl and loved the design of this bowl! 6 months and 3 uses later, the metal on the dip bowl is flaking and pitted…I have NAMBE pieces more than 10 years old and they still look new (they’ve had dips in them too).
