Blonde turned my hair brown
I bought the lightest shade available and was slightly surprised how dark it was coming out of the bottle. It says to leave on for 40 minutes, but after 20 I started to worry and rinsed it out - thank goodness, because it dyed my blonde hair a strange shade of dark brown. It’s washing out via various awful reddish shades, but a month later it still hasn’t fully washed off my hair. The best description of my experience is that it was a complete disaster, and the salon will hopefully sort it out. Totally regret buying it, threw second bottle I’d purchased away and even if we had a year long lockdown I would not consider ever using this again.

Covers grey
I bought dark blonde. Because my base colour is just that. I have 20-30% grey but possibly more at forehead. The grey was covered. I just applied to the roots. The colour is more strawberry blonde. Red toned. I would not have chosen this shade but I would also not have chosen to colour my own hair in lockdown. Best solution for a lot of grey roots right now. On the whole a good result. But will see how it washes out. Like that its not permanent.

Left my hair purple
I saw Sali Hughes recommended this on instagram and I wanted to try it since the hair salon was closed during lockdown. I have very dark hair, and have some gray. I followed the instruction, and the result looked very natural though it was too dark for my dark brown hair. When I washed my hair twice the dark brown pigment disappeared and left my hair with purple, it would not wash out even after 20 washes. I even bought clarifying shampoo but it did not work. Also it is meant to be temporary colour but on the box I realised it says not to use it if you reacted to black henna, I wonder if this means it contains henna/black henna? In my understanding henna is permanent colour. Also this product changed my hair texture a bit dry/as if it is coated with plastic or something, similar to how it feels after semi permanent colour. I would bear with corse texture this if my hair does not turn purple in my hair, but seeing the colour never went away I am afraid to try it again. I do not see any other reviews about it staining hair long term so I do not know if it happened only with dark brown gel or if it is because I used it when it was so hot outside if it stained hair more than usual? Anyway, it was a big disaster.. I would recommend to test it in small section. Temporary colour is supposed to wash out..

Colour-Golden Blonde
I love this product! You just have to use it correctly, wash your hair first and apply it on damp hair. I kept it in my hair about 60 minutes, then rinsed it out. I'm not saying the grey is completely gone, but it's much, much less visible. I have natural blonde hair and it gives me a healthy looking hair colour without the harsh chemicals in most hair colours. A wonderful natural product!

Go To Product Between Salon Visits
I found this product super easy to apply and absolutely got me through salon visits, especially during lock down. It’s highly pigmented so just be careful on your skin & hairline. Lesson learnt for me. I would recommend to use on your gaps between visits, depending on hair type & how fern you wash hair, it’s lasts about 7 shampoos for me with curly hair. Next time I use would not leave for the 40 mins as my hair type colour was inclined to grab.

Odd colour
I bought this to try and blend out some of my roots, I found it quite difficult as have never dyed my hair before myself. The colour came out quite weird, it wasn’t a very flattering brown, luckily it is only temporary. The good thing is that I managed to get 3 uses out of it as I figured I might as well use it all up. So would probably say overall the colour would last maybe a month.

Have had for a week. Haven’t used it yet seems more complicated than my other hair touch up products.
