Beautiful color but the product repeatedly breaks up

The color is beautiful and glides on the skin nicely, but three times this product has broken apart in the packaging into small pieces and the powder gets all over everything. The first time I thought it was a fluke but after three times in a row, it's clearly a product issue. For the cost, we deserve more secure packaging so we can actually use the product we pay for.

Lovely color. Awful compact case. Broken

Just purchased and paid $45 plus tax for one little eye shadow. Arrived and used once. Then lovely case wouldn’t close anymore. Will try to get my money back.
