Poor design and material

I love the conditioner but the cap was so flimsy it broke off after one use. I would love to store proudly but now bottle hidden in closet!

Poor quality container !!!

I love the conditioner , however I have bought it twice and each time the bottom opens up and water get on the tube totally unacceptable for such an expensive products !!

This one is a pass

Love this brand, don’t love this product. I didn’t find that it added any volume at all and it doesn’t really condition well either. It actually dried my hair out and left it looking damaged and dry.
