Very pleased with Creatista coffee machine. Delivers delicious coffee every time . Easy to use but instructions for descaling are minimal so went online to Nespresso website for video

Wouldn’t buy again.

I bought this a year ago. It was amazing for about 4 months. After 4 months I didn’t use it for 3 months due to health reasons. When I started using it again, it wouldn’t work. Now I use it every day again but have to factory reset it EVERY TIME for it to work. A machine shouldn’t break just from sitting on a counter top for a couple of months.

Very good product and easy to start your mornings.

This nespresso machine is excellent to do latte art. And it is small doesn’t take much counter space and the lattes and expressos are great to impress your house guests.

Great till it's not

Makes the best coffee there is until something breaks down. From there, its all painful. No chance of replacement even under warranty. You pack it all up carefully and send for repair. It comes back with still some issues. Your only option is to repeat the process. We also have a Citiz machine, and that seems better than this expensive - and unfortunately more conplex - machine.

Great value—well worth the cost

Can’t say enough good things about this machine. First, if you frequent coffee shops and are looking to save money, this is 100% worth it as long as you commit to actually using it. I love that this takes the original pods as it’s actually possible to find third party pods, and I can often find better prices on the Nespresso branded ones even compared to those from their Vertuo line. This streamlines h the r ability to make cafe style drinks at home for a fraction of the cost. It also takes up minimal room compared to larger espresso machines. Maintenance is a breeze and the machine will actually lock you out if you don’t descale when it alerts you. It does give you a warning at least! Ive had my machine for 6 years and still going strong!
