VERY disappointed

This dress comes with a detachable lining. It’s slip like in the same color but different material. Dress has interior snaps at the shoulder to keep it in place. This was not included with my shipment. Customer Service put me through the wringer trying to explain and subsequently return. Very disappointed in my order and on how I was treated.
