Horrible ordering experience with Bloomingdale’s

This review is of the customer service and ordering experience with Bloomingdale’s. I ordered this product 2 months ago and have been told through the app and customer service that it is on back order. After 3 attempts at cancelling this order because the order would arrive months after the baby is born, I bought the stroller on instead. One day, receive an email saying the product is on its way, so I called customer service again and tell them I no longer need it and to try cancelling again. I was told on their end the product was still on back order and to not worry that they’ll keep an eye on this case only for the stroller to arrive the next day! The time I spent back and forth over the last 2 months on this is telling me never to shop at Bloomingdale’s again. On top of that, when I called in to raised the issue they offered me 20% off my next order that never came (a joke as I’ll not be shopping there)

Lightweight and easy

I love my new Uppababy stroller. It is super light-weight, stylish and compact in the car. I have the bassinet attachment and it looks so cute. I look forward to my walks around our neighborhood with it and hope to use it for years to come (if we have another child).
